International Mobility Platform

A platform for managing Erasmus Learning Agreements between institutions.

Digital Learning Agreements for Erasmus mobilities not integrated in Erasmus Without Paper (EWP).

LA Erasmus is a lightweight web platform designed for international mobility projects such as KA171 and exchanges with partner countries outside the EWP ecosystem. It enables institutions to create, negotiate and manage Learning Agreements with revision tracking, structured workflows and Transcript of Records support.

⚠️ For KA131 intra-European mobilities, institutions are required to use the official Online Learning Agreement (OLA) system within the Erasmus Without Paper network. LA Erasmus is an independent tool intended for partner countries and mobility cases not covered by EWP.

A clearer, guided workflow for every agreement

Phase 1 — Before mobility
1 Receiving prepares the agreement

Receiving creates the agreement, completes Administrative data, completes A1 (+ C1 if needed), while the student may propose subjects from the academic offer.

Receiving signs
2 Sending completes recognition

Sending fills B1, recognised ECTS and C1 if needed.

Sending signs
3 Student reviews the agreement

The student checks the final agreement before signing.

Student signs
Phase 2 — During mobility

The system works the same way for Phase 2, using the dedicated A2 / B2 / C2 tables for changes during mobility.

Receiving can restart the signature process within each phase at any time without losing the entered data.
